For Nigerians Abroad

You've sent the money.
You've seen the photos.
So why does something still feel wrong?

Most Nigerians in diaspora building back home reach a point where the numbers stop adding up. The contractor keeps asking for more. Progress looks slower than it should. And you cant actually tell what is actually happening on that site.
That is exactly what HNDII is for.

The Real Problem

Your contractor is not lying to you.
They just have no reason to tell you everything.

💸

The money keeps going

You release funds. Weeks pass. Then another request comes — bigger than the last. What was built with the first payment? Nobody can tell you clearly.

🧱

Paying for materials you cannot verify

Dangote or a cheaper brand? 12mm rods or 10mm? The difference is invisible in a photo and significant in a structure. Someone needs to be there when the delivery arrives.

📵

Updates only happen when you push

A voice note here, a blurry photo there. You spend more time chasing information than reviewing it. That is not a reporting system — it is damage control.

🔀

The contractor reports to themselves

The person spending your money is also the person telling you how it was spent. That conflict of interest is so normalised in Nigerian construction that most people do not even question it. You should.

Absentee Owner Package

Everything your project needs.
Reported directly to you.

This is not a check-in service. This is active supervision with financial accountability — designed specifically for owners who cannot be on site but cannot afford to be uninformed.

  • Dedicated HNDII supervisor assigned exclusively to your project
  • Minimum two site visits per week
  • Weekly video walkthrough sent directly to you
  • Itemised expense log with receipts for every purchase
  • Material delivery verification — brand, grade and quantity confirmed on arrival
  • Live project dashboard accessible from anywhere in the world
  • Contractor payment recommendations — we advise before you transfer anything
  • Monthly financial summary with actual vs budget comparison
  • Direct access to your supervisor via WhatsApp — not a call centre
  • Defects and snagging report at project completion
Monthly investment ₦150k – ₦350k per month, depending on project complexity and visit frequency

The average diaspora Nigerian loses ₦3–8M to contractor fraud on a single project. Our monthly fee is a fraction of that exposure.

How It Works

From first call to
completed building

01

Initial consultation

We understand your project, your timeline, your budget and what you have already committed to.

02

Site assessment

We visit the site, meet your contractor, and give you an independent view of where things currently stand.

03

Supervision agreement

We agree scope, visit frequency, reporting format and fees. Everything in writing.

04

Active supervision begins

We are on site regularly. You receive reports on schedule. Payments only happen on our recommendation.

05

Completion and handover

We do a full snagging inspection and produce a final report before you accept the finished building.

Common Questions

What diaspora clients ask us

Can you work with a contractor I have already hired?

Yes. Most of our diaspora clients come to us mid-project. We introduce ourselves to your contractor professionally, establish our role as your representative, and begin supervision without disrupting ongoing work.

How do I know your reports are accurate and not doctored?

Reports include geotagged photos and videos with timestamps. We also cross-reference material deliveries against purchase receipts and confirm quantities independently. Our reports go directly to you — your contractor does not see them first.

What if you find something seriously wrong on site?

You hear about it immediately — not in the next scheduled report. We flag critical issues the same day, give you the facts, and advise on your options. We do not manage problems quietly on your behalf without your knowledge.

Do you handle payments to the contractor on my behalf?

No — we advise, you decide. We review what has been done, confirm it meets the agreed standard, and tell you whether a milestone payment is justified. The money always moves under your control.

Can we start before I visit Nigeria?

Yes. The initial consultation is via WhatsApp or video call. We can assess your current situation, visit the site, and send you a report before you need to make any travel plans.
